Alexander And Co and especially Aimee walker, Thank you very much for your help and patience over the past year, your attention to detail and promptness in” just getting it done” is outstanding , When I call the office and leave a message or Email You can pretty much guarantee I will have a reply within the hour. I never feel fobbed off when I call, Aimee is always bubbly and helpful, she always makes sure that I understand What is going to happen next before she hangs up If all companies were like Alexander And Co with staff the same as Aimee You really would not need to have reviews. I am writing this teview for Aimee walker just before xmas Aimme sorted an issue i had with rent refund Amied was amazing get sorted out for has i stuggle witb my metal health she put mind at rest kept me updated with what was going on Alexander & Co have got a special person working for them she has such a mind total undersyanding of ppl with metal health she me and my familys xmas a very good one i can not thank Amiee enoughg what she did not just for me but my family to once agaim Amied thank from us all. The service from the management and lettings team has been professional and reliable. My Property Manager Aimee Walker was particularly helpful especially when the tenants moved out and we had some decorating and flooring required and a few minor repairs needing attention.

- Your property's location, area demographic, and transport links
- If letting, the demographic your property will attract (e.g. families, professionals, students)
- If selling, specifics of the property such as size of garden, available parking, whether it’s freehold or leasehold.
How much does a valuation cost?

Alexander & Co offer complimentary valuations, like most estate agents. It is always advisable to use a reputable, experienced agent to provide your valuation. Be aware that some agents might present an inflated valuation to secure your business. However, an unrealistic price can result in your property remaining on the market longer than necessary.
