Our landlord is selling up so we contacted Alexander and co and Mary showed us around a couple of places. We found Mary too be very professional, astute and very efficient at her job. However what sets her apart from the rest - and I've been dealing with Lettings agents for too long than I want to even think about - is that she is cheerful and benevolent and went above and beyond her obligations to cater for our housing needs. In my opinion Mary is another league to her counterparts - who *in my experience* generally only seem care about the brass and the bling bling etc. I honestly think that Mary is a priceless and substantial asset to Alexander and Co, and paramount to the ongoing success of them not least because genuine good customer care/ service is so thin on the ground now so it really resonates when you meet Mary. P.S. I can count on one hand the number of reviews I've left over the years... I just don't ever bother but just had to leave one here. Well done Mary 10/10
Recently purchased a home with Alexander and co Buckingham and could not be happier. The viewing process was so simple and our agent Archie was the best agent we have ever dealt with. He wasn’t pushy at all like so many angents can be and Didn’t have a script prepared for the properties, answered all our questions, was friendly, punctual and helpful, ensuring we found our dream property and accommodating a second viewing. Viewings were comfortable and friendly and felt very ‘pressure off’. Our sales agent Helen who dealt with enquiries once our offer was accepted and chased progress with solicitors for us was probably one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Alexander and co you should be proud of your team, we cannot thank you both enough for all of your help 😁

We sold our house with Alexander in September and we couldn’t fault them at all! Tom was very informative, kind and patient…he constantly kept us in the loop and up to date with the viewings and Gary helped us once we sold and were going through the conveyancing. He regularly chased up all of our solicitors to keep things pushing along and nothing was ever too much to ask. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone wanting a stress free sale!
