ANNE LESCalier is is v good as my property manager

It has been great renting with Alexander and Co. so far. They are super organised and informative of the steps involved, this has been very beneficial for me and my husband who are renting for our first time. They have a handy complaints page where repairs and issues can be reported. Anne Lescalier is our property manager and she has been super amazing and helpful in these initial days of our tenancy; answering our questions and helping to solve a boiler issue at short notice. Myself and my partner recently moved in to a beautiful Cottage Home. As being our first move together we were expecting all the worst and an abundance of stress but our experience with Alexander & Co was far from that ! I received excellent customer service from Stuart and the team. He really went above and beyond to ensure he met my needs and complete everything that needed to be done. His communication was exceptional and updated me on each stage of the process. Connor was also very helpful and a couple of months back, I received excellent service from Tom, which was what had led to me going back to Alexander and Co to handle my affairs. I will definitely be recommending Alexander and Co to friends and family and if and when I do need assistance, I will be using them again.

I recently bought a property through Alexander&co. The team were very helpful from the beginning to the date of keys collection. In particular Lauren and Gary were so helpful throughout the process and kept us well informed of any updates. Highly recommend their services.
